Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders!
We will dispatch (the same day) all orders placed before 1 pm. We will choose a courier service for your delivery based on the destination, value and size of your order. Our courier options include Parcelforce, Royal Mail, & Yodel.
Our website will be available to take new orders during holiday seasons and periods, such as extended bank holidays, New Year etc... However, we will pick, package and dispatch your order the working day after holidays.
Orders shipped via standard delivery will arrive at your doorstep in 2-3 business days. However, if you choose the next day delivery option during checkout, you will receive your order the next day.

Do I have to pay additional delivery costs because I live in a remote location?
We won't charge your extra fees as long you live in the UK, although we may not be able to provide express shipping to some remote locations. Some unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may delay. We will try as much as possible to keep you informed if those circumstances arise.
